Good point. Arsenal was pretty atrocious...disappointing that Gaston's goal was chalked off, not much contact if it was for the push. Still, our first point against one of the big clubs, and a very good performance.
He was outstanding, man of the match for me. Honorable mention for Cork too, didn't put a foot wrong playing out of position. Was a brilliant defensive display from the whole team to be fair, how things have changed since the game at the Emirates! Happy with the point, thought we were the better side though.
A point at Stoke and a draw with Arsenal, both without Adam. I wonder how well we will play upon his return.
Top performance from the boys there. MoM was by far and away Morgan for me. Absolutely top class performance; roughed it up when he needed to, closed down the Arsenal midfield all game and never lost the ball when in possession. Sublime. I'd love to know how many tackles and interceptions he made in that match alone. Shame about Ramirez's goal being dissalowed as I think we deserved to win that one!
Was scared about Boruc and Cork at RB, but in the end Cork was very composed and did well. Boruc just looks cocky like nothing matters....
Terrific performance and point. Thought we could have won it though looked the more likely team to do so! Is it me or does our defence actually look pretty good at times?!
