Tomorrow night on sky. I think we really should be winning this one. Coleman close to being back, don't know how close though.

    ------------------------Howard----------------------
    -------Coleman--Jagielka---Distin-----Baines------
    -------Naismith----Fellaini---Osman---Pienaar-----
    -------------------Jelavic---Anichebe----------------

    Hitzsperger isn't our player anymore?

Not heard anything on Hitzelsperger If he was getting an extension surely we would have heard by now?

Your line up highly likely shog's unless Naismith tucks In with Fella upfront and Anichebe on wing I'd prefer your line up though...

Everyone is very quick to dismiss us as an easy tie, but you shouldn't take our current league position too seriously, our you could be made to pay.

    We've had horrible injuries.

But if you're overconfident then I'd say that's a good thing for us, but I think it's anyones game.

I could see both sides nicking it.

You've not looked the same side without Cabaye. Tiote hasn't reproduced his sparkling form of last season either.

However, you're still capable of creating plenty of chances & Cisse, Ba (will he play tonight??) & Ben Arfa are all qulaity finishers.

Our record up there is pretty dire, so I'm not taking anything for granted. We really need 3 points to keep pace with the CL race, but I can see us being happy with a point after the game.

We've had our 3 best playmakers injured. Cabaye, Ben Arfa and Anita.

Tiote has had his faults, but he's usually solid. He was awful vs Arsenal, but he's been much more disciplined recently and he's been solid.

I'm confident that we can finish strongly, and get back up among the top 8 next season,

    How's Pardew viewed up there?

As an outsider I think he's been the beneficiary of some fantastic scouting that has brought some real quality at knock down prices. I think he's a total bell end personally, & his comment of last season "we're not operating on the same level as Everton anymore, we're competing with Arsenal now" has come back to bite him on the arse, the smug twat.

Yes, but towards the end of the last season it was true though, we were on a higher level than you, but this season injuries and Europa League have killed us.

It's not as bad as people have made it out to be though. It's not as if he was like "we're miles better than Everton".

We were on a higher level than all those below us, except Chelsea.

Pardew is a good manager, but we're all learning together. The club is starting to learn that we cannot operate at high levels spending next to nothing. We have a fantastic scouting system that has found us some great players, and we've spent money wisely, but we will need to spend eventually, and we should have bought last summer. Pardew is a good manager, but still learning, and the players are all still learning to.

I think this season will be good for us, like a kick up the arse.

    Like ****e you were.

We just had an awful start to the season (again) last year, but once we kicked into gear & we strengthened in January we were more than a match for you lot - & his comment was in the latter part of the season.

The fact that we've been consistently up there for years, made the comment a cheap shot & ****ing delusional if he actually thought it was fact.

I think the players you've signed show that you don't have to spend big, you just have to spend well. Ok at the very pinnacle of the game you have to lump out on £25 / 30M players, buy neither of our clubs are going to compete on that level unfortunately.

The Ba saga isn't doing you any favours imo, will he be left out tonight???

Like Moyes said though, just because for the first time in a while you've had a good start, doesn't mean you'll have a great finish.

    It all depends.

Towards the end of last season we went on a 10 game winning streak, had one bad day at Wigan who were fighting to survive, then we beat Chelsea away.

We lost agaisnt City who were pushing for the title, the on the last day we really didn't have anything to play for against you. We got Europa League qualification, and Spurs had already got 4th.

When we played you at your ground it was an even game, then you got a lucky deflected goal and it changed the game.

Regardless of our opinions, it doesn't matter. All that matters is who's getting the points and who finishes where. Simple as.

Carthorse Ameobi will turn in a performance like Ibrahimovich now Ba's ****ed off, guaranteed.

btw Ba is a total twat, I know Newcastle can't really moan as they got him in equally iffy circumstances from WHU, but he's taken them for mugs here. Disrespected the entire club imo.

Thought the result was harsh on us. Fantastic goal by Baines, but shouldn't have been a freekick.

Just disappointing as we dealt with Fellaini very well, and both sides produced great attacking quality.
