Hi there looking to get into shape this new year... but doing lots of bench press and bi-cep curls at home - but the gains seem to have stopped or certainly be less dramatic, so thinking i might need an actual work out plan rather then just doing the same things over and over. Does anyone have one i can steal? thanks, not looking to turn into worlds strongest man or anything and i don;t want to be big and fat i want to be lean and toned. i've already altered my diet, high protein and watching the fat and calories etc.
`just done some incline bi-cept curls like, 6 on the left and 9 on the right. My right hand side is stronger so i can do more, if you are wondering. Still looking for advice as to what to do next though?!

i;ve not been here very long but you seem quite hostile and angry. i don't know why? If i told you that I had used two cans of baked beans to curl would you be impressed or shout me down.. i suspect the later, when in fact i would have somewhat surpassed your expectations of me. Yes I am a level 2 but thats deceiving and I am really a lot better then that as i have experience on other forms from gardening, to model crafts and tattoos.
You shouldn't do more on your right side than you do your left, or you'll end up looking silly with 1 massive arm and 1 small arm. Try and do more with your left until it catches up, or at the very least do the same on each arm
