    Cam, I haven't given specific players much thought. I don't know who's available, I don't know how much we've got to spend and it might well be that ML is happy with our midfield as it is. I'm not.

    Mark Davies of Bolton has climbed out of the back of my mind. He was too expensive when first mooted for us and I don't know how he's been performing lately. But, at his best, he was an energetic player who scored a few goals as well in a poor team.

    I'll take a look at the market and get back to you.

    Why have I got a red bar under my acheivements - most are green.
    Also says I have been deducted several hundred points for something!!!
    What could I have done ? and who could have taken these points from me without any notification ??

    If Jose Canas is joining then there is strong competition in the defensive mdifield. Would be good for Britton I think.

    Not knowing much about Canas, but have seen a couple of Betis games this year and they seem to be doing quite good at the moment.

    He has 14 apps in 17 games this season in a 5. placed Betis. Sounds like another under the radar gem from ML

    I can't quite see the point with bringing in another defensive midfielder. Surely we have other areas of the pitch we need to strengthen? Maybe Sir Laudrup isn't happy with the performances of Ki? Does it mean that Gower is on his way out...?

    Probably , he is not getting any game time , where he is now in the pecking order is anyone's guess ,Canas can play either in a attacking or defensive role

    I think it makes sense, we will have proper competition for places then. Augustien, Britton, Ki and the new guy.
    So long as we get a striker too we will be laughing.
