Got his details yeah, Tried saying I was coming down fast, I wasn't I was approaching airport road (if you know it) which is always busy, I was slowing down. Just really didn't need this
I don't sit there in a huff mate I don't sing Engerland Engerland, always **** on the welsh side of the bridge and should of built a wall instead of a bridge. But sing the rest even sheep shager! I do laugh that there is a lot of Welsh heritage in Bristol folk. Check your grandparents out or further back
my grandparents are fully bristolian mate. My granddad makes me laugh with his stories. This ones the best Grandad " I was this close *makes a inch sign with his fingers* to killing hitler, wun I Lin?" Nan " No You Weren't" Grandad " Ah what do you know you weren't even there" Nan "Neither were you Mike, you were 7 when WWII ended" Granddad ".................... " Legend
I don't like the anti English Welsh people, they annoy the **** out of me. Telling me I''m Welsh so why do i support Bristol City, that one always pisses me off. I live 16 miles from Bristol and 30 miles from Cardiff so I support my local team and my grandad told me I support City when I was 6 I only become passionate Welsh for the 6 nations apart from that I'm British.
I had a welsh tutor for my plastering, He was sound, He said the southern welsh are fine, But the northen welsh are pricks
ROD. I'm not Welsh but your National Anthem at the start of a home International Rugby match is the best around. Any rate, just think about which side has to pay to enter the other's country on the bridge. Perhaps the best things are paid for and lesser things are free!
Could be, thats what we always say over here But the real reason was so that when the traffic got heavier they had to make it paying to get into Wales so that the queue to pay through the tolls, was always on solid ground not on the bridge for weight reasons when they had to reduce the weight limit on the bridge.
RR are you now going to complement the ground staff as the pitch was in great condition despite the rain - there was hardly any spray and there was only a couple of places where the pitch got chewed up a bit
Truerobin, The single and biggest factor was the covers were on days before the game, this gave it every chance of being played, the pitch looked great.and looked good all game. Sadly for some strange reason, there was no covers on for the Watford game. Even with the rain that came down against Watford ,the covers would have made a huge difference to the game being played or not. If the grass was dry the majority that came down would have soaked away, but hey it is history, lets hope they learn from the mistake
