Just watched the highlights on the football league show. Meyler looking better and better, could have had 3. He's getting forward well. He has lost a bit of pace. Elmo was doing well and putting in some excellent balls. Me Bruce seems happy. Doing well with Hull. Not sure Elmo will be back to premier standard but I hold out hope Meyler can get back to our first team.
Meyler in for Seb for me, I hate square pegs in round holes. I really thought he might get a chance when Catts was out and hopefully MON will think him worth a try after a good run of games at Hull. As for Hull I really can't make my mind up if I want them to get promoted, the thought of Bruce taking any points of us is awful but on the other hand having the chance to spank him and see what excuses he came out with would be nice.
Just been on the Hull board and they are raving about Meyler and are desperate to keep him. They are also very happy with Elmo. I hope we don't give them away. The two of them may well get Hull to the Prem. I hope MON is watching Meyler closely.
Using Hull is a means to an end for us and Meyler, regular full game time, no more injuries and if he is not there with Hull, back to prove EPL quality.
Tbh think both players will be moved on in the summer glad to see them both doing well thou both of them always ave 100% for us
Wouldn't mind him back here but, glad the lad is doing well at Hull. Don't mind Hull not a bad lot pity about their manager though can't hold that against them.
At Hull Elmo and Bruce have found their level both very good championship player and manager not sure they can make the step up though. Has Meyler found his level hope not.
Sadly yes and I think Frazier will be joining them all soon too. Not good enough to take us upwards and onwards imo.
both good players for us, thought meyler was being recalled to you guys, but is still with us . I for one am praying Mon back tracked as maybe a deal has been done and then of coarse the boy Campbell. every season he Is linked with us do you guys think he is on finally his way? and Elmo very impressed with him as well. good luck with the rest of your season lads .
All great championship/bottom 6 EPL standard players and all good lads as well but you have to be ruthless in this game if you want to succeed and none of them are part of our solution but all are part of our problem imo. Not good enough for the top flight.
