With so many changes to the team today, 3 points and a gutsy performance bodes well for the rest of the season. I thought Hernandez made a good contribution, as did Dyer, and it was great to see DG score a proper strikers goal.

The only downside for me were the performances of Routledge and Ki. For a 5 million player, Ki is shocking at times and doesn't look bothered. Roll on Jan and some fresh blood.

Hopefully we can see in Jan with another 3 points vs Villa and get past 30 points:emoticon-0168-drink

Ki is amazingly sloppy at times yet have no fear Sir Michael and co. have a finger on the pulse no doubt!

Thought Routledge was tidy, we played some cracking stuff in the first half.

Let's not forget that Fulham are a pretty good side and I thought we dealt with them well, only lost 5 home games in 2012 (To us twice!)

The defence were immense, super Gary Monk is a legend!

Ki's not having his best of runs but he showed potential early on for us I think the lad can come good for us, he slipped in a cracking ball for Graham too. I thought Britton should had come on when Ki did though to tighten things up.

You're right FFS. I read today that ML said there's a lot going on before the window opens, which is what I expect given our screw ups with BR. Anyway, I'll take a scrappy 3 points any day.

Chuffed to bits for Danny Graham, best performance from a Swansea forward this season IMO (Other than Michu), took his goal well, linked up very well, worked hard and got his other shots off well.

And Nathan Dyer was outstanding after a bad run of form, pleased for him too.

And Pablo was excellent considering he's been out for so long, more to come from him too. You could see that Fulham got into the game more after he was taken off, a constant threat, class player.

Scrappy a game, great three points when not playing well. Defence were excellent, Monk got some vital tackles and blocks in, great game for him. We didn't play our best, thought Fulham with all there pressure would get back into the game, and wouldn't complain if Fulham would have equalised but a resilient display from the lads.

He got himself into some great positions, reading their back line well. With a few more games under his belt he might have had 2 or 3.

Good to have Pablo back, chuffed for danny and Tremmel looked solid again.
regarding Ki we should ask for our money back, if we bought him to attract fickle Korean fans then that's fine but just play him when we are already 3 goals up. A liability.
Still think we need a striker and midfielder but I'm sure the The ViKing tm has that covered.
Hard won points with half a team.

Agree with all of the above top post! and how I see todays result too. Thought we rode our luck a bit on times, and Fulham were a tad unlucky in front of goal, but both teams were very good on the ball, with Fulham edging it in my opinion off the ball. Thought that Dyer was back to his best, and Graham too, good to see Danny boy get back on the score sheet, and I hope he resolves his personal baggage, and kicks on from here. Ki is a very frustrating player to watch, so good going forward, and so poor on times in possession, but it's still very early days yet for him, thought Tiendalli was excellent, looking a class defender from where I was sitting this afternoon, it's looking very good at the minute lads, lets keep this up against Villa nextweek!...............<cheers>

A very gutsy display not pretty by any means but got the 3 points all the same. A strange line up that worked and players being picked on the type of opposition we are playing. A great goal by danny that may be what will kick start his season and give him confidence again. I can see michu being rested against so called lesser sides from time to time knowing we have Danny to do the job and of course whoever the new striker will be for the second half of the season..Another 2 wins should see us safe this season which is a fantastic position to be in. I dont think we will need 40 points even though we will go well past that tally to 50+ odd points easily...What has been so satisfying is no matter what players are chosen to play they have all contributed to where we are today as one of the better premiership sides...
