I thought they were fair enough bar the dives? Spurs were very dominant overall and their commentary reflected that. Quinn is hardly going to go against Sunderland and couldn't hide his delight when you scored against the run of play. Only thing I would say is the presenter may have been a Spurs supporter as he did seem a bit gutted. Allen and Yorke were very balanced though apart from the dives.
That presenter is a big Sunderland fan isn't he?! David something or other? Quinn as co-comm was attempting to be impartial but he'd obviously love Sunderland to win. Don't know what people are referring to with pro-spurs to be honest
Let's be honest lads, we had a few moments on the break, but we were outclassed. I assume the commentary merely reflected this.
Spurs are a classy outfit. Best I've seen this season. Hands up time as without MIG, we would have been well beaten.
I agree mate, no shame in that defeat whatsoever, we gave a good account but they are simply too good going forward. They weren't even at their absolute best, if they don't finish top 4 I will be stunned, way superior to the rest of the sides after United, City & Chelsea. Yet more confidence built in me on a stellar second half to the season, I think in flashes AJ & Sess again showed their brilliance, although Spurs back 4 was very steady. I'd DEFINITELY like to see us get Dawson, by the way.
