Good result for us, I still think we can catch Sunderland. Hopefully the rest of today's results go our way as well!
Sunderland are looking good at the moment and with a couple of wins have pulled away a bit but still a Spurs win was preferential to keep them within touching distance. Oh and Bale just said if there's contact then its not a dive....and that 3 of his 5 yellow cards this season (all for diving) were wrongly given.
That was a stone-wall penalty . Knee to knee contact with him running. Now he misses Reading which is frustrating for us
If I could have just one more in the two games involving Reading, Villa and Wigan, it would actually be a West Ham equaliser rather than a Villa equalier. As I've said for ages now, the sooner Reading and QPR are cut well adrift, the better.
Hate to see Arsenal on form before playing them, but they've done a number on Newcastle's goal differential...might not matter, but we now are tied for the best GD of the bottom six.
If I was Wenger, no chance I'd give Theo a new contract, in the form of his life and only one explanation!
ShameI haven't got tickets for Saturday. I think its going to be goals goals goals. BOth sides acore and conceede a lot. Never thought we could get anything against them in the past but think we might just snatch it 6-5.
Whhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Just got back from dinner to see that scoreline. Thought you were on a wind up until I went on BBC website. My football statistics knowledge isn't great, but this feels like it is on it's way to being a huge year for total goals scored in the Prem. Am I right???
Yes I thought it was a joke until I put the BBC on.Good point for you today, although I guess it was a disappointment after being 1-3 up.
If the real Arsenal turn up, then yes. But they're just so inconsistent. Even just in the last six weeks, they've scored a grand total of one goal vs Wigan, Aston Villa and Swansea combined - and that was a penalty. But then they can score 7 vs Newcastle, 6 vs us, and 5 vs Reading and Spurs.
