Dear Fellow not606ers. I have just recovered enough to begin to wonder if this Sunday may herald a change of fortune for our beloved QPR. Consider this: Last season, on the 10th March 2012, we were away to Bolton and, courtesy of Bob 'The Pillack' Pollock, QPR were denied a 1 nil lead when Clint Hill's header that was half a metre over the line was denied. We ranted and raved about the injustice on this forum (and others) but we lost the game. Many had us doomed at that point in the season. Just eleven days later, trailing 2 nil to Liverpool at home, every QPR fan knew the relegation was just around the corner. Cue comeback of the season that set up a little run of home wins that kept us safe. Fast forward to 26.12.12. Not just one but two unjust decisions hand WBA an undeserved win (IMO - I know there is debate about that) and we are incensed, the boards are busy and we still lost. The very next game is Liverpool at home!! I could do without the going 2 nil down bit first please but it seems rather bizarre in the close parrallel to last year. I know the uber intellectuals will state that it is just chance and they may indeed be right. Me, being a QPR fan and knowing a little about 'The QPR Way', I'm chosing to believe that this Sunday is the herald of good things as this fixture was for us last season. COYRssssssss!!!
Yeah i got a knock back from a bird in a bar the friday before that game...got the same this year....was that this week? or last, or the one before that or...?
I'll be sitting in the same seat for Sundays game, as I did the last time we played [and beat] LFC Now that's just spooky too COYRsssssssss
