Dai has always been taking pot shots at Huw and the players, its an opinion and he's entitled to them! I don't agree with most of them and have shot him down in flames plenty of times, but what I don't do is try and stop him expressing his thoughts on here. Its a sad day when people who have been coming to discuss the Swans and other football matters is being stifled because people don't like what has been said. What has happened to debate? Don't you and other know how to do that? I will defend the right for Dai to express his opinion if he wants, whether some thinks its crap or not.

But jager - everything Dai says is a FACT not opinion and he is the one who ridicules those that disagrees. I normally ignore but he got really bad with the Pool thng . Since he really screwed himself with his 'rub noses' post he hs gone back in his shell and comes across as the voce of reason - how long will it last?
It's an opinion and its about football, and lets put it into the context that it was meant shall we, he's been constantly ridiculed on here about his opinion. I have always dealt with dai the same way and that is show us proof or its just your opinion. And dai always posts in the same way, he's arrogant and pig headed, and I deal with him in the same way. What I can't fathom is why you lot let him get under your skin, he doesn't with me beyond forum banter. I remember some great arguments with dai I won most of them lol and he won some, did I take it personally or did he ??? Nope! So are Liverpool a football club ? Are we in the same league as them? Are dai's comments about football ? Is this a football forum ? Is dai a swans fan ? Well the answer to all them is yes, so what's he posting is acceptable as he's discussing football! Also consider this , are people ridiculing dai ? Is there a concerted effort to get rid of him ? Are all his comments being hijacked ? Are we wasting to much time on this? Shouldn't we accept that he has a right to comment ? Isn't it true that forum members are being driven away because of this? The answer to that is yes as well.
No one has tried to get rid of anyone jäger. FFS started a thread because he thinks that Dai gets preferential treatment and isn't censured when he is rude to others. Looks like FFS isn't the only person that thinks it too. Well a precedent has now been set and little wonder people are leaving here
in my humble opinion dai sprouts a lot of crap sometimes but he gives as good as he gets FACT, as jager mentioned lets get back to footy
Jager I always stay out of these type of things. You are right this site is always and should always be about debate. How ever one person has i dont know how many times derailed threads into a liverpool one (and that is a FACT). Thats is what i find so annoying and spoiling the site. If there is a debate about the swans or any players, then i want it to stay on that subject and i as well as others are happy to debate that subject as all have done for since this site started. So all I am asking is can we all stay on the actual subject of the threads started and I am sure we can all get back to normal.
And how many threads have been derailed because certain posters on here are immediately throwing personal insults at Dai? No matter what he says ! If you are going to use this try to be consistent and look at the whole picture! Norway has just posted above, how many posts have you to remove because somebody was derailing a thread, that wasn't dai ? And how did you remove from dai? I think that people should take a step back and look at your actions, you who continue this are driving people away, it's going to be a very bloody boring forum with hardly anyone here, then you can discuss anything at all because nobody will see it! Is that what people really want ? As I keep on saying this is a great time to be a swans fan, lets enjoy the ride instead of this constant bickering that's not about the swans at all.

It's YOU that gets away without censure, not Dai (who I've also had spats with). I've seen threads actually created with an overt motive of having a pop at Dai and they've been left up. Dai we've had lots of arguments over the years, and I hope lots in the future. But no matter what I've always said that you have the right to post your opinion, as everyone else has the same right. Debate is one thing downright victimisation is not on, and should not be tolerated.

My opinion is that its totally ****ing boring listening to people whining on about something so ****ing irrelevent...on Xmas Holiday when there is so much joy to be had aswell !! Can i suggest we all agree to disagree on the subject of "he said,she said,he is ****,he is not a jack" its a poxy internet forum at the end of the day, anyone that dont like it,just **** off to Planet Swans or another forum. simples !! That is a view of a fellow poster and not a MOD .
