McClean has took a lot of stick, but has played pretty well in the last few games..Yesterday he really looked back to his best and in my opinion was a worthy contender for man of the match..
i had him down as my mom, alongside the mig. sess and rose were also excellent. i thought colback had a v. good game too, considering he is about half the size of the oppo midfield. i expected him to nutmeg toure at one point by running through his legs with the ball....maybe taking some inspiration from the hobbit. his confidence is improving, lets see if he can up his game alongside the rest of them even more. in summary, i think Mon's willingness to improve our performances and results via consistent approach/formation may be winning through. we stil need 2 or 3 in January, but i have a feeling we're turning the corner, playing with more fluidity and self-belief.....bring on the spurs
