Just to rein it in a wee bit lads, despite Villa's woefulness, Spurs on Saturday is a bastard of a game, win that and I will start believing unmentionable things...

You've read this lot then....."It is impossible that our strikers didn't score," said Mancini. "It is a big problem at this moment."...."We didn't deserve to lose. We dominated, so I don't know how it is possible that we lost this game," said Mancini.

"Last year, we scored one, two, three goals every game. Now when we have chances, we are too soft and this is not good.

"We should be very strong when we have chances, sometimes we take one extra touch and maybe think 'Okay, we will score next time.' But football is not like that."

Just comes across as a bitter joke when we lose. It's like he thinks we have a divine right to beat everyone.
I think we are a really easy team to play against if the opposition are willing to throw their bodies on the line,he's created a team that simply don't fancy it if it becomes a scrap, which is why we usually come unstuck at stoke or Goodison.Just once it would be nice for him to give credit to the opposition,Sunderland were worthy winners and deserved it through rolling their sleeves up and fighting like a team
It can't be long before the owners patience finally runs out as its quite clear to the supporters that this job is far too big a job for him
Good luck for the remainder of the season

    Nice one mate <ok>

Credit to him for the excellent 'next season we won't come here we'll save the travel money' line.

I doubt he will be here next season, certainly not as City manager anyway.

Top class mate and sadly so refreshing to hear unlike your manager measly words. He sounds like a man who knows the axe is being sharpened, especially with Guardiola looking to come back into football and he pisses people off and reflects badly on your club.

We didn't have the best 11 players on the pitch today if you are looking at fees, wages and individual talent but we did have the best 'team' that wanted it more and fought likes dogs to seal the win. We did deserve to take the points and its nice to be someone else's bogey team as everyone else seems to be ours. Lol

All the best mate and well done.

Different game, opposition and difficulties but City are better than them on paper and in reality and we just beat them kidda.

Believe in the faith of positive thinking. 2-0 to the lads. Your man Sess is due a goal and Fletcher hasn't scored since last week? Lol

I've got us down for 2-1 in my head mate, just a tough game, and Bale was unreal today, totally and utterly brilliant.

Spurs are more clinical, but ming the merciless in goal will stop them. We certainly won't gift them the game as Villa did, that said, after a performance like that it will be very difficult to attain that level again in 72 hours.

I was just thinking, over my cornflakes this morning, we have taken 7 points off City in the last full calendar year to their 4 and not one other club can say they can match that feat. We were actually within a couple of minutes of making it 9 points to their 3.

That's why Mancini is so full of ****e. He can't explain why his multi million pound assembled squad can only take 4 points in 4 games from the paupers of Sunderland, so he just makes a prick out of himself instead.

ALSO, we were the ONLY team they didn't beat in their Championship winning season

Absolutely delighted for Sunderland's result against City.

    Well done lads!

It's going to be a hard game for both teams I reckon and a hard one to predict, if the Spurs of yesterday turn up then we are in trouble. If we go on from the last two games where we played well against two decent teams City second in the league and Southampton who were on a good run full of confidence then we can win so will go for a 2-2 thriller and a share of the points.

We are underdogs again and no doubt all the experts will say easy away win but the fact remains away wins in this league are like gold dust.

We will sadly miss young Rose and his pace and skills but our determination and confidence is up and 3 wins in 4 games shows our form is much better.

5 or 6 weeks ago even I would admit defeat was probable but now, too close to call.

A score draw is very likely if we can contain Bale and Defoe somehow. A win for us if you don't take us seriously enough and sessegnon, fletcher and Johnson turn it on again.

Our defence was rock solid too v City and they have better strikers imo.

    Will be another battle.

Did that Man c player survive that tackle ! (the foul before the goal) i thought he had been shot. Go on you tube to see the kick Billy bremner got in the head from a Chelsea player in the 70's and see how tough they were them days compared to these nancy boys.

It will be a tough game for Norwich, and if you did manage to beat them it could spell the end for the manager...
