January - can it save us - what changes are needed to the 25?

As I touched on in my match report - will january save us again? can it get us out of this mess?

And what changes would you like to see in the 25 man squad. At the moment we have: 3 keepers, 7 defenders, 12 midfielders, 3 strikers:

    GK: Green, Cesar, Murphy

    LB: Traore

    CB: Ferdinand, Hill, Nelsen, Onuoha

    RB: Bosingwa, Fabio

CDM: Diakite, MBia, Derry, Dyer, Faurlin

    LM: Hoilett

    RM: Wright-Phillips, Mackie, Ephraim

    CAM: Park, Taarabt, Granero

    ST: Johnson, Zamora, Cisse

For me I would take out/sell the ones highlighted red and replace them with:

    CB, RB, CAM, ST, ST

That allows us to make the necessary changes - perhaps one of Granero or Park should go - as imo neither are going to play much under HR.

Then bring back DJ Campbell as one of the new strikers so we need 4 new players - and that is what HR has said he wants.

I'm looking at your list and CDM position caught my eye. Not sure Dyer is CDM but it seems we have too many players there. Maybe sell Derry. But what if we go down. Maybe Mbia, Diakite and Faurlin would go away. I know one thing I wouldn't want to be Harry in this transfer window.

Alot of the players can play in several positions so I guess dyer is one of those utility players that can play several positions.

Maybe you should have put him in the RM section but doesn't matter. I agree with your selection of players to go. But will anybody buy them. Especially Bosingwa prick. On the other hand I wouldn't sell Granero. Maybe if Lampard comes then it would be a sensible thing to do.

2 wins away and 70 or more million at stake. Too early to give up yet unless we are going to have blind officials for the rest of the season. Robbed by bad luck / officiating yet again.

Loan signings only at this rate. We can't risk being lumbered with even more overpaid undertriers.

As a Norwich fan I'm in the minority but I actually want you to stay up and I think HR will keep you up with his transfer dealings.

I think it's incredible a team that has won once can still be within touching distance and I think you will provide us with an exciting great escape.

HR will bring in signings that seem to follow him to every club..I can see Dawson, Parker and a few others arriving..perhaps a Kransjar (sp?) or the like.

Maybe he can tempt Barca to p/x Messi for Taarabt but I think you'd be getting the worse deal there ;-)

But seriously good luck guys an I think you'll stay up.

Also to add..I haven't seen you play much this season but how have Hoilett and Granero been doing?

I expected big things from Junior this season..

    @ Flyer

You'd really leave Park in the squad? He spends a lot of time injured and even when he plays he's bad. I think there's a reason he only played 20 minutes in last 2 months ( or something like that)

Poor, both of them. Who would guess. The only thing big about Junior is his stomach

20 changes out of 25 might just do it...
