Col, you have probably left already, but A40 is backed up from Greenford to Target roundabouts, and Westfield is already rammed with queues to the HollandPark roundabout and backing up to A40.

I'm going to plan b, M40, M25, M4 in to Hammersmith and park round there.

But they are putting extra buses on the Westfield. Hooray.

****ing lemmings following the primeval urge to shop at all cost, despite the misery and discomfort. Since when was shopping a leisure activity. If these masochists are prepared to battle their way into West London of their own freewill at least they should be coming to QPR, we have misery enough for all. (Not really, today will be a lot of fun).

 

For those in the area and don't know, train is running special service from west ruislip to white city every 30 mins

 

Anyone heard that kick off will be delayed?

 

WBA team still in traffic...haven't moved in last 25 mins and no police escort available. Looks like either a late kick off or at worst Postponed...although that would be drastic.

 

Can we get 3 points by default if they don't get to the ground!!!!

 

I didnt even bother attempting to go to this on, no trains from where I am and no underground means I wouldnt get to the game even if i went by coach or car.

Good luck getting to the game, I hope it isnt called off or Ill have to hand £50 back for my tickets!

WBA have made it...hour to spare. No time yet announced although I'd be surprised if the kick off is delayed now.....unless huge amounts of fans arrive late and are outside trying to get in.

We are hearing from Match of the Day commentator Steve Wilson that the West Brom coach is still 30 minutes away from Loftus Road for their 1500 GMT game against QPR, and that manager Steve Clarke is asking for kick-off to be moved to an hour from when his team arrive.

Well hes asking for a later KO but that doesnt mean hes going to get one. Its their own for for being stuck in traffic, everyone knew it would be bad.
