    The strange thing about Blair is that he was instrumental in bringing peace to Northern Ireland. Played a blinder in fact. Yet he followed that Texas village idiot into the disaster that was Iraq and fu*ked up his whole legacy.

    He also converted to Catholicism and was a bit of a religious head. Unusual bloke.

    An excellent thread. For me it represents all that is good about our board and our posters.

    Cheers Cerny, I have had a wonderful day mate. I'm only just getting the family to bed... They've well and truly eaten into my not606 time tonight. ( I quite enjoy the peace of the Still of the night. ) I've had a quick ganders on here in between playing on the Wii and other card and board games with the family. Good stuff. Another hour of Jameson's and on here before bed and then I have to prepare myself for tomorrow's game at LR. Not confident if I'm honest.

    I hope you had a great day mate. All the best mate 999.

    That feeling that you had earlier in the season, when you seen the boys warming up, that in your gut it didn't feel good. You felt there was just summat not right about it.

    Is that feeling still there?

    You've the friggin memory of an elephant Swords!

    But alas the feeling is the same. I'm personally dreading today's game.

    I have sixteen family coming over for boxing day fun and festivities, all Fulham ( Not going to their home game.) and Chelsea fans ... ( Also not going away to Norwich. )

    I'll still be heading off to the match though. Dreading the outcome. Don't think I can take the unfunny quips if we don't win, especially from the Fulham fans who switched to Chelsea 13 odd years ago, and then switched back to Fulham when they got promoted to the Prem.

    I might have to get my fists out and serve the brother-in-law and nephew a Gipsy punch! And I'm not even a fighting kind of bloke, far from it.. But needs must.

    Unforgivable. You can change your religion, you can even change your wife BUT you can NEVER change your football team!!!

    <laugh>

    Enjoy the game bro. <ok>

    Hopefully mate. I do have to put up with the Fulham/Chelsea thang on a weekly basis though. (Really funny text messages usually. ) It's been bloody hard work the last two seasons. What grips my **** though is that none of them even go to the games. It's tough to take.
