I am not really a Swansea fan, not even a plastic, but I was brought up in South Wales so I follow them with interest. Any mod who helps to stop threads being constantly wrecked by the hand bag swinging and a junior school playground mentality that we see too much of here is doing a good job. I visit these boards to read interesting facts/insights into Swansea City. Endless ego jousting about who is a bigger fan, who is a proper fan, who is a plastic, who is really and isn't a .. It's BORING. For example, daiswann99 is a long standing Swansea fan with an affection for Liverpool (if you remember his posts going back over the years), he is also arrogant, pig headed, unreliable, but, *but* sometimes very interesting. I also welcome the opinions of Cardiff fans, they have a different view, not generally a comfortable one but worth hearing - I do draw the line at John Hughs who just wants to be offensive and has nothing really to say. Unless this forum has strong mods who are willing to tell certain individuals when to shut up, to sit on and control the handbag swinging and bickering, it will become the private domain of 4 or 5 posters who spend all their time squabbling and back biting, and it will die. I have no intention of making further posts.
I couldnt spare the time or be able to put up with some of the juvenile verbal sparing on here so respect to the mods you do a good job......bang tidy .
me and chico are now neck and neck.. in my defence i did vote for myself though Thanks very much for the support of posters regular and not regular, it at least gives a bit of confidence that we are not acting like total arseholes most of the time..only some of the time!,nobody is perfect see .. Yes, I know why did it. You couldn't resist putting the boot in. Your arrogance and disdain for Swans supporters is well established and is the root of this particular problem. Perhaps people will look more closely at how you post in future.
