Key against these guys is not to allow them to press us back the pitch at all costs, they kept Villa so far back up the pitch. While Moses runs about changing shape of your team to compensate, that leaves Mata and Hazard the freedom of the pitch which isn't a good thing to be on the end of.
To be honest I thought Man United and Arsenal would hammer us, but they didn't. So I'm trying to be a bit more optimistic about Chelsea and Man City.
Really? I actually heard him say something complimentary about us, describing their next game at Norwich as "a tough one". Think he's a cracking pundit personally. Really looking forward to Lambert's interview
Last time Torres was at Carrow Road he missed a sitter that any world class striker would score. I feel he may be a lot better this time.
Just saying his surprised the whole city is open on Boxing Day, the typical small sleepy city insult. Good pundit but his an ignorant little ****bag he should perhaps read up or actually visit a place properly before making such statements.
It's done some real good to Chelsea's goal difference making it the joint best in the league and some real damage to Villa's making it the worst in the league.
Tyler did make up for Neville's slip though. Of course he went to the UEA so probably remembers the City fondly. I think Neville was just trying to be funny and got shot down fairly quickly.
gary neville is, by a considerable distance, the best pundit around. what he doesn't know about football isn't worth knowing about. to say he puts bbc pundits to shame would be the understatement of the century. as a player he was a top full back. he wasn't my cup of tea as a bloke - his persona on the pitch was often controversial. but if he has a little dig at norwich, so what? can't you take a joke? its hardly a bombardment of abuse and i also heard him give us praise yesterday. there are plenty of pundits who know little and care even less about norwich and gary neville isn't one of those. you're picking on the wrong pundit... big time!
