    its the first time ive Booed at the ground (other than at other teams), think it was more following the pack of people around me... but it just felt (at the time) like we should let him know we think cisse should be on.

    turned out he was right we were wrong... kind of shows why he gets payed really haha

    also just to point out im not one of those people who thinks pardew should be out, im fully behind pardew and always have been. today was just frustrating at times :L

    Anita seemed to get lumps kicked out of him without being given a free kick for each incident, and some happened right under the ref's nose.

    Anita was solid and took some fantastic set pieces. Yet every time there was a chance to shoot it was Demba on the ball. There seemed to be a deference to him at times. Crazy as it sounds I think we need him to go.

    Awful performance overall. Pardew needs to sort it out because we look bereft of ideas.

    Has anybody noticed that in the last few home games, the assistant on the Gallowgate line has given everything to the visitors? Seen some atrocious decisions given and some totally overlooked.

    the ref booked Shola for getting fouled

    what I have noticed more than ever is the blatant time wasting
    3 times today the ref told the keeper to get a move on pointing to his watch and nothing happend
    also has the 6 second law been kicked into touch ???

    how many times did he tell us to move the ball back two foot for a freekick

    still angry <grr>

    From the BBC Sport website:

    It justified Pardew's decision to replace Papiss Cisse with Ameobi - a substitution which caused some discontent from the stands, and plenty of frustration from the Senegalese striker. Papiss Cisse refused to shake his manager's hand as he angrily made his way to the dugout to watch the remainder of the match.

    A little concerned by this (if true? can anyone verify this?), but perhaps supports some posters' thoughts that it should have been Ba coming off. I can see why Cisse might feel hard done by (but don't agree with his reaction) in these circumstances.

    Don't really want to open the should we let Ba leave debate again, but I really do wonder just how much of the last few weeks can be linked to him in terms of his influence within the team/on management and the impact on other players, and whether the team would be more of a team without him in it. If you see what I mean ...
