verry good, looked confident throughout, did what was asked of him. Good solid team performance although I wished we had a striker.... Ze German was very tidy when he came on, deserves a chance better ball control than Simmo and worked hard.

Bruce in his post match interview talked about 'giving foreign players time to adjust' when he was asked about the keeper, and that 'he had struggled a bit at first' but I don't really know what he means if I'm honest. How is someone going to adjust playing in not very good reserve fixtures?
it must be tough being a player whos only getting limited chances in his career - so far the only season he was a regular was in a relegation* season . Heres hoping he can cancel that with a strong feature in a promotion winning season !!! He has one under his belt coupled with a good performance so that should keep the nervous monkey off his back
After seeing him in the reserves i was worried, he looked pretty decent to be fair to him, just looked a bit iffy in the air and didn't really command his areas for corners, but apart from that he was decent. Admittedly would be decent back up.
I was not happy at all to learn that Jakupovic was starting the Derby game. In saying that he did grow into the game and pulled off 2 very good saves in the 2nd half. Had no chance with the Derby equaliser but overall he had a better debut than Stockdale actually. It looks like time has been called on Amos now and Jakupovic should at least get the next 4 games. Who starts in goal for sky live game with the Wendies may depend on IF Stockdale returns.
