Is FA Cup 3rd round day and as we all know we are taking an almighty following to the posh. Something very interesting though has come about and COULD cause problems. Ipswich travel to Villa and would you believe it, there train changes at Peterbrough! A big police presence at the posh train station i would expect!!??
I see there is a 'Special Train' being run for Canaries fans from Norwich to Peterborough, which gets into Posh at 13.20. Would think the ITFC fans will be much nearer Brum by that time - well, at least I'd hope so!!!! I hope there are better pubs nearer London Road than around Villa Park.
Yeah i noticed they had put an extra train on but that will only take so many, I'm also getting the train but from Bury St Edmunds so I could well be in with a rather sizeable Town support! Will be interesting though...

I know I harp on about the goold old days sometimes, but this has reminded me that the good old days also meant some bloody frightening ane evil days as well. Not such good memories there

Too old for that malarky..but, if some young gob****te binner flaps his gums like last time to impress his boyfriends, then he'll get duly dumped on his arse... I was on my way down for the Villa game, happily minding my own business on the train...pulled into Ip****te central and a little gathering of chavvy binners stood on the platform. One saw me wearing my colours and beckoned his boyfriends over. I sat with amusement watching them plot their attack...waited, waited, and as the doors closed to move off, the binner barmy army gave it large, shouting, swearing, banging on the windows... All they had to do was step on the train, simples.. I wasn't going anywhere. I don't know, the youth of today... So gents, if it was you giving it billy big bollocks....you gave the commuters some amusement. Anyhoo Welly...merry xmas to you and yours.
I bloody hate Greater Anglia! Even with the added train I really doubt any fans going to the game will make it until 11pm!
