It seems to be a bit down on here folks, it was just three points, we move on...who said that? It seems everyone was wiped out in the prediction league with that unexpected defeat. It is likely that we will recover at Leicester with a draw or a narrow win...maybe 4-0!
I'm not down Red, we are still top of the league. I thought Posh would be a banana skin for us. Still think we'll beat the Foxes.
I had a feeling we would loose our home record to Posh it was a typical Cardiff thing to do. Anyway onwards and upwards we are still top, i would take a draw at Leicester and 6 points at home please
As it all goes pear shaped my last thought would be we are the champions but still not seen my team in the top league, oh the bitter irony... But at least we'll still be there when the new Calander begins
The loss to Posh is the kind of thing we do. It is also why autos are still unlikely but not impossible. Still, if we can get through the next 5 games and still be on top of the table I will feel far more confident of our chances. We have some tough games coming up.
4-0 is a bit optimistic Red, but it would not surprise me to go there and win after the Peterborough debacle.
If we managed a win and 1-0 will suffice at Leicester, we would be 10 points clear of these per-season favourites. That would be incredible at Christmas.
Not quite sure what this is about: For the past three years, the Bluebirds have gone into Christmas on the back of a league clash with Middlesbrough; the most recent two of which were lost. Midfielder Ben Marshall could come back into the midfield. Cardiff captain Mark Hudson is set to return for the visitors after serving a one-match suspension. Midfielders Jordon Mutch and Aron Gunnarsson are pushing for recalls and Kadeem Harris nears full fitness after an ankle problem. Should be a good game tomorrow but we'll certainly need to improve on our last few performances to get the result. Having said that, I've got a feeling we'll be at it tomorrow and could sneak a win. I have a soft spot for Cardiff having lived there for a few years, really enjoyed my time up there.
Anyone worked it out yet....an eight goal defeat today at Leicester, and a Palace and Middlesbrough win could send us down to 4th. End of world!
