    Some **** will offer them cash for their smart card credit at a profit to themselves. I seen it years ago with people using milk tokens in local shops to buy ***s and booze.

    Pointless for what they're introducing it for.
    Legalise drugs, don't increase the cost of alcohol, introduce fingerprint scans for those on benefits to eliminate multiple claims under false identities and bring back manufacturing in this country.

    People with no skills have **** all motivation to work right now.
    It's hardly surprising that a very small minority simply choose not to.
