    Been watching the daily politics and the labour mp for wansbeck quite rightly pointed out that 'he great train robbers got 30 yeas for stealing 2 and a half million yet the bankers who stole billions off the poor got completelly let off because of their privelege'.

    I've always said that the real gangsters are the government and the biggest criminals going are people who own burger vans. £3 for a 10p burger, daylight robbery.

    What about filching a few extra quid on benefits, they lose the right to claim and have the threat of jail.
    Now lie and steal money by claiming £50,000 on your parents house and be told not to do it again!
    It's good to be the MP.

    how much have the mp's in this country taken out of the countrys cofffers in expenses only a few million each year and these are worst than any criminal as these are supposed to be the people who set the moral standards in this cointry

    so when they go on about the banks let just remember how thy have been stealing from us as well and hetting away with it

    why can an MP get his pension at 50 but we have to wait now (i am 50s o it s now 66 for me ) as they say you need to plan your retirement but if they keep shanging the goals .

    my big question is why do they get pension at 50 and why has there pension age changed.

    I cant plan for my retirement as it is a mobing yarget

    I think calling someone from Wansbeck (which is probably closer to the Scottish border than Tyneside) a Geordie is pushing it mind...

    In the true sense of the word, the vast majority of us on here would be classed as Northumbrian as it describes the folk who reside in the ancient kingdom of Northumbria, which litterally meant north of Humber, and stretched from the Humber to the Scottish borders..
