Really never meant to deceive anyone, it was just that it was presumed from the get go that l was a bloke, and to be fair l never corrected that perception. LTF and LadyE both knew from early days and Sir Bob voted for me as the best lady poster. He apparently always thought I was female by the way l posted, he also thought everyone knew l was a lass and was mortified to think he had let the cat out of the bag.
Being from a psychology background l guess it was fascinating for me to see if l would simply be accepted as a newbie to the forum who followed the Toon and liked to share the experience. To be fair l never felt anything other than respected and accepted simply as a Toon fan, and that my gender would never have entered into it anyway.
Still l am glad that the truth is finally out, l really hope it does not change anything, as l really believe that l have made some good friends with nice folk on this forum.
So don't worry Jude we are still good to go, hope DT does not think any funny business has been afoot, you are l suspect young enough to be my son. Lol !!!

Okay well maybe a pee sample, but no blood or other bodily fluids okay! I guess the fact that l have four children and three grandkids will have to suffice.

 

I don't think it will change anything GITF, I think it's fantastic women care about the Toon and are so opinionated and well versed on it, the more different views/takes on things the better, and the greater the craic as well!

I think this forum has a very friendly and accommodating nature, which I think the MODs past and present can't be thanked enough for, and continuing I'd say the vast majority of the posters should be thanked for as well
