1st QPR game QPR 3 (Allen 2, Goddard) West Ham 0 in i think the 76/77 or 77/78 season. Great atmosphere and noise that game and that got me hooked. Loved the ground when it was standing for both home and away fans and we could get 24,000 plus in. The only bit i could never get my head around was when we played Chelsea when they seemed to take over 3 sides of our ground. It was very embarrassing in those days.

Rangers v Barnsley 1997 FA Cup. 3-2 to the Rss...Trevor Sinclair's Bicycle Kick goal of the season being the difference. Any Impey got sent off as well. Cracking game....it all went down hill from then!
Was that bobby mimms, through the legs? 1st QPR v Leicester 85 I think Last 5 Chelsea, everton, reading, saints, villa. Shamefully long time since I've been away.
Sadly, at the not so tender age of 51 .................. I have to say that having always lived in Oz and having never ventured any further then my trusty surfboard would take me, I must admit that I am still a virgin ............ when it comes to watching my beloved team play live. One can only hope the lotto numbers roll in and I can sit with ye faithful, at Loftus Road.
2nd Jan 1971 FA Cup at home v Swindon. Had tickets in South Africa Road. The fog was diabolical that day. I recall it was impossible to see all the way across the pitch, let alone the School End goal. The heroes that I had newspaper pictures of on my bedroom wall - Rodney Marsh, Mick Leach, Tony Hazell etc - kept appearing out of the mist and then disappearing again. I remember seeing Marsh back into a Swindon midfielder in front of us, and lifting the guy off his feet. Someone shouted out "Sex maniac!" and the crowd creased up. We lost 1-2 . Can't remember if I saw any of the goals. Last 5 matches are the last four at home plus the Arsenal.
My dad cant remember the first game he took me to, but he reckons I was no more than 2 or 3 so that would be been '69-70. Season ticket holder, so what ever the last 5 home games were. I am sure I have missed one home league game this season, but I cant remember which one or why I would have missed it.
Can't remember my first game; Seamen was in goal and I was probably about 8/9. Last 5 Wigan away - this season. Bolton away - last season. Blackburn away - last season. Scunthorpe away - Championship Doncaster away - Championship. Think that's the right order, though Preston away might be in there somewhere. Next trip, Newcastle this weekend!!
