    Warnock is in talks with Swansea City about making the Alan Tate (Beaker) deal perminent. The 30 year old full back is expected to cost in the region of 250k.

    A Swansea insider was quoted as saying "baa baa baaaa, ba, baaa, baa, baa'

    Warnock has also let it be known that he is in talks with Stoke and West Brom about securing the perminant signings of Tonge and Thomas.

    Tate would be a massive signing.

    He will secure the centre of the back 4 to a level we haven't had for ages;
    He would hasten Kisnorbo's departure (pity, but we move on);
    He would single handedly show where the club & it's new owners are going;

    Apart from us having to have a wake for the "death" of YWBK & the emergence of YWNBT (you work it out), an excellant deal if it happens.

    Agree with Boggers, get him in and the centre of defence is looking like the best we've had for years, then we can move Kissa into coaching alongside Nayls.
