Almost an identical drop to that old dog Casela Park who was running off 88 a year ago and now off 63...he's primed nto! GL.
Water Wagtail looks set to continue the stables excellent upturn in form 1.30 Plumpton Wooly, its my birthday this Saturday and I think I am off to Ascot but "its a surprise" !!!
Afternoon everyone, Jesus I'm fecked. I hit a patch of black ice on the bike this morning and lost the back end completely. Fell to the laft, gashed open my left leg and my arm and ribs feel like I've just had the **** kicked out of me then the doctor gave me a tetanus jab so I'm feeling hunky-****ing-dory right about now. Hope the racing will take my mind off it.
Blimey Oddy!..bad start to the week before chrimbo...you were probobly still pissed from the Weekend! Get well soon mate
Dex, wish I was still pissed mate, wouldn't ****ing hurt so much Ey up, McCoy after going through the card?
Ah he's only got 3 rides Is it a tip in itself that he is hanging around for 2 hours to ride Thunderstorm in the last?
How did Oscara Dara run then on his fencing bow??? See he was only beaten 1.25 lengths by a more battled hardened opponent. Mr Henderson must be slightly peeved though that he doesn’t leave the track with a shot at that £60k with the old boy. Maybe Cantlow might get the cheque if he goes for one of the handicap chases at the Festival. Thunderstorm drifting like a barge in the ‘lucky last’, Oddy. Little Roxy, what a lovely name for a mare by the way, now the new fave.
Half-brother to Kentford Grey Lady out in the next at Plumpton - Lavelle has wasted no time in stepping him up in trip after he plugged on over 18F on debut. Worth a little dabble I think Sir Barney, Little Roxy is indeed a lovely name for a mare. Puts me in mind of Barry Noble's Roxy nightclub in Sheffield (ah the days of my youth) red
Afternoon all - Oddy my mrs is from Donny and she used to go to the Roxy when she first went clubbing before I met her at Uni - small world !!!
Looks like Emma Lavelle's horses are reverting back to being crap DAYO - it was a better class of lady used to go down there - far better than Josephine's
Wagtail went out like a light !!! Oddy - didn't know the club scene at sheffield as from the pool myself - but she speaks fondly of the old days clubbing in Sheffield haha !!
The 2.05 at Plumpton is a fascinating race 1. Bally Gunner - up 12lbs from last victory, pulled up last time but could have come too soon - would you chance it? 2. Collyns Avenue - not run for 664 days but not bad form from then - would you chance it? 3. Brunette's Only - very good course form but form after a break not too clever - would you chance it? 4. Guydus - just sneaks in the handicap with Challoner's 5 - should go well, seems to have most going for him 5. Ballinhassig - 16lbs wrong, no chance. Guydus to just get the better of Brunette's Only
Chaps. Like Stow in the next. Took 6/1 but not sure what the rule 4 will do to it if I get the right result.
