It's not easy to watch a once great player like Lamps reduced to ordinariness by age and fitness. He should never have started. That was the key, because all the fantastic posession our front runners had last game, was missing.
Why on earth Coco made so many changes after the best football we have played since he arrived, is proof, if it were needed, that you don't have to have a long neck to be a goose.
Cahill is out of form right now, and Mata is looking the worse for wear.
Lack of midfield general is killing us game after game.

    Dear Corinthians,

It took me some time to find you this time, I beginning to think you don't like receiving my letters, first Brazil beyond the pillars of Hercules and now I find you moved so far East you nearly fell off the edge of the World. Anyway I just wanted to congratulate you on your fine counter attacking football.

    Yours as ever
    Paul

    P.S. Don't forget to pray.

Can't really blame Rafa, think the team was logical although I would have kept Luiz in the middle myself. Problem was with Terry injured and Azpi having such a bad game in the semi, Rafa decided to play safe.

We didn't play well but ultimately I think we were as good as them overall and created marginally more good chances. Moses should have done better in the first half and Hazard in the second (good saves but still) then we'd have been 1 or 2 up. Torres misses a good chance but with 10 men we may still have lost in extra time.

Just shows that we are lacking in the tight games from not putting chances away enough.

Moses was terrible, lazy and wasteful. Looked like he had no interest in winning at all. Just once decent shot but nothing else.

Agree with that, plenty of times I was willing him to take his man on and show something and it never came. Should have done more with his chance in the first half too. Oscar should have been on for him a lot earlier.
