Areet lads, I'm trying to buy some tickets for me and my brother to go to the QPR game, and being the (filthy, money grabbing, tax dodging etc) student that I am, i was wondering how to go about student tickets? It says on the site that you can get "up to a 25% discount", but then ddoesn't offer it when I try to buy them. Cheers boys x

I used to by student tickets online no bother, with absolutely no checks, until last season and into this one. They've changed how they sell tickets online because some unscrupulous sorts were buying student and child tickets as adults and sitting in the leazes corner and standing (which isn't allowed now of course), and to stop people taking the piss you actually have to go to the box office with your student card and buy tickets, and that's the only way possible that I'm aware of now. You can try on the phone though <ok>

I remember also having some sort of debate with the box office at one point because I could only buy adult online and they wouldn't refund the difference when I took it into the shop with relevant proof of my poorness/student status.

Oh well, I'm not a student anymore, so scoff at you tossers! <laugh>

Hope you get sorted mate, let us know how it turns out, because questions like this about tickets tend to crop up every so often and it's good to update our info to pass onto people who need similar help <ok>

I had to go to the box office to add my student card to my account. This was back in 2010 and my student discount is still on ;)
