22 children now being reported dead .

 

Ryan Lanza surely isn't a common name.

 

Will that be including the classroom that was previously unaccounted for?

 

Sounds Italian. Lots of Italian descendants in the north east states.

 

Haven't a clue but one news channel is reporting 29 people dead with 22 being children.

Apparently he killed his father at home and his mother at the school where she was a teacher.

 

Seriously messed up guy.

 

Probably gone off the rails and blames his parents instead of himself. His parents didn't deserve to die either, but why the kids? No point in looking for sense in it.

 

Very true. Terrible terrible news. It's so sad that one nutter can end the lives of so many innocent people. Unfortunately guns make it easy for the mentally unstable and deranged to wreck havoc.

 

What is a common name in the US?

 

Just find the combination of a Irish first name and an Italian surname unusual...would there be two in the same area?

Definitely, but I doubt his first name has anything to do with Irish ancestry. Ryan is a common enough name. He's probably the third generation of an immigrant, so he has a regular American first name and the surname of his immigrant ancestors. Much like me.

There are probably loads of Lanzas in New England, New York and New Jersey, so it doesn't seem like much of a coincidence to me that more than one of them is called Ryan.

 

Adam Lanza is now being unofficially called the killer and reportedly Ryan lanza is in police custody.

 

Abosollutely terrible and my thoughts are with all involved, but something that is all to common in America

Why the **** do they even legalise guns? It's just causing unecessary trouble

 

Now being reported a 3rd brother has been found dead at the family home.

 

The USA has a love affair with guns. It's in the very history of the country. It's actually in their law, so far as I can make out. It's about time they joined the rest of the civilised world and changed. For those who would cite countries where guns are still easily available, please don't bother.

 

This is really sad what has happened in the USA. They have a big issue with guns over there.
