    Trouble is Shiny the fans will not tolerate it,more games that pass in the same vain of form,the fans will have no confidence in him as is being shown at the gate at present.

    Well the best thing he can do is keep us happy with a win. Unlike millen when he was in trouble nobody liked him. I think del still has the likeability factor and we all still really want him to do well

    People are dreaming if they think a Prem team is going to come in and buy Albert. Swansea had their chance in the summer when they sold Sinclair but instead went and bought a different winger. I cant see anyone making a bid for Albert as he has yet to show a high level of football on a consistent basis. Best bet would be for someone like Blackpool to sell Tom Ince and then buy Albert to replace.
    Everyone thought Maynard would go sold to a Prem team and in the end he went to a championship team. Prem teams are looking abroad where players arent over rated and they pick up a bargin. Why the number of English players in the Prem is at an all time low.

    I'm glad the board are going to free up money for Del to spend but it is a bit of a contradiction going on about the academy and the young players at the club but at the same time you buy and bring in new players rather than giving them a chance.
