What a terrific story! I thought it was going to be about Wigan on Saturday, I believe they brought 35 last year, although I may have just made that up!
I have seen some poor away attendances over the years, the worst was Oxford Utd v Chesterfield in the old 3rd division. Last game of the season at the Manor Ground and Chesterfield has already been relegated. Honestly there were more coppers in the away pen than Sprites! Just 12 hardy souls made their way down to say farewell to the season, and there we 18 coppers looking after them Oxford Utd won 3-0 in case you were wondering
amazing!! the lowest away following i can remember at carrow road was wimbledon (who were in their death throws at the time) who brought 11 on a tuesday night. italian football is notorious for the lack of traveling fans but ONE is hilarious. fair play to the lad, and rewarded with a victory too
cracking story. Looks a bit like the turnout at the cookoos nest. He would have struggled to start a mexican wave as well
