I think anything less than a win, then MM should go! I really think he has had enough time but has not produced the goods! Playing players out of there positions and the amount of goals we have let in is a joke! There also seems to be no passion or team spirit which we desperately need at the moment if we are going get out of this mess... Your thoughts?????
I hope so IMO we won't beat York anyway I think we will come back with a draw he will be given until January at least even though he should of gone weeks ago.
York are ****. If you don't get 3 points then you should be worried, Where were they a couple of years a go?
In my opinion and that's what this board is all about I believe he should stay until the jan window when hopefully the board will dig deep to finance some quality to keep our football league status
i think he should go. i just dont trust him anymore. he is a good speaker and each game his post match interview gave me enough to believe in him. but not anymore. his time is up. but 10 wins on the bounce will change my mind we wont get anywhere if we keep sacking managers but look where we are in the table. MM was brought in to steady the ship and get us up. we are only a few weeks away from his 1 year anniversary of being our manager and we are worse off now than where we were when he 1st joined. that tells me he just isnt the right man. 1 of the highest wage budgets in our league, 1 of the bigger teams in our league, 1 of the biggest fan base in our league ALL should mean we should not be 23rd in the table. chasing constable for 3 months willing to spend approx £200k on him then after 3 rejections MM decides no strikers are needed. brings in too many young inexperienced players (ones for the future) and not enough experienced quality players to do a reasonable job in our league. and the players he brings in he plays them out of position. he openly admits to not preparing for the wimbledon away game (wonder how many games he has done this for?) and expected we would win anyway without the need for preparation. yes he has had a lot of injuries and i think thats why he has had a lot of patience. but now he has a very strong squad are are not injured that are available. gill, virgo, bevan and harrold will not improve us but make us worse - apart from harrold. but even with harrold we used route 1 which people moaned about. higgs has done great with the stadium but im beginning to think he must go as well. he decided to sack PT. he took so long while on holiday in italy to hire dave penney all this during the jan trabsfer window leaving penney hardly any time to improve the squad. he decided to then sack penney after just 12 games. he then decided to give the job to campbell to the end of the season and results and performances picked up but decided not to give him the job full time. all of this meant we got relegated when in my mind if PT was still in charge we would not have been relegated. higgs brought in buckle and we all know what happened there. he got rid of the last few remaining players who had fight and passion for the club. he brought in basically a new squad and spent money and failed big time. higgs brought in mcghee look how that has turned out. higgs should go in my opinion and mcghee. but who would take over the club? and who would manage us? i wouldnt do either even if i could. i would be over the moon if higgs kept on mcghee and gave him money to spend and mcghee brings in quality and things change and we move up the table and everything works out. i just cant see this happen due to the signings that mcghee has already brought in and he wouldnt play the new players in their right positions anyway. he'll sign a keeper and play him LW i hope im proved wrong as i do like mcghee. but i just dont trust him anymore.
You say McGhee has been here nearly 12 months but on the radio on Saturday he said something like "I've only been here what 8 months is it ?" and it's saying things like that, just like saying he hadn't prepared the team against Wimbledon, which make a lot of people think he's losing it.
It will be 11 months next Tuesday so he's clearly losing it, 8 months or 11 months to long if you ask me
