and why do all old ****s and the media rave about Elvis Presley a fat drug addled yank **** when the true king of Rock & Roll back in the day was Sir Cliff Richard.

Presley couldn't even write his own songs.

Absolute balloon whose acting career was better and that's saying something.

McCartney hasn't got any shoes on. Anyone noticed that before?

Even their album covers were bland moronic and insipid like their etch-a-sketch music by numbers.

Not only was Mark Burdis in Grange Hill and Eastenders he was also in the sublime Operation Good Guys. Got the box set of the whole series and it is pure class. Pre-dates The Office but is along the same vein as that with a camera crew following a special police unit around while they are on various operations. Lots of the cast were in Love, Honour and Obey which was also quality.

Available from Amazon for £8.49 so a great idea for a present should you be stuck for ideas.

No, don't thank me, it's my pleasure.

I remember that. There was a chubby week bloke on it with a tiny penis which when he showed it to the rest of them looked like "a button mushroom" <laugh>

Why, when you can get the latest copy of Nexus for £4.25 from most leading newsagents.

I'm getting one and wrapping it up for myself for Christmas and putting it under the 2" fake Christmas Tree on top of the washing machine. One has to spoil ones self now and then.

Which reminds me, don't know if any of you saw The Fear last week, but the main dude had what I think was a Who song as his ringtone...<laugh>

What I don't get, is that if it was funny to take the piss in 1969... how the **** did Oasis manage a career in the 1990's?

The Beach Boys' Pet Sounds tops all music from the 60s.
