You're talking bollocks Kat, we have continued to press well and have looked better than Fulham for most of the second half. If we do lose this then it is not justice. We have thrown everything at them, and it just seems it is not one of our days. Nothing seems to be falling for us.

aaaaaand its over. That was not the same team that we saw playing vs Saints and West Ham. Yes we lost but it was spirited to the end. Incidently everyone who is talking relegation, a point a game is generally ok; that would make 38 which usually means safety.

 

No, most sane fans don't want Pardew sacked. The asylum doors appear to have been thrown open this evening unfortunately...

 

In all fairness he is the worst we have had in the manager's position.

 

we are in a relegation battle now. we have a hard next few games and can not see us getting many points. lets hope we are having a slow start like everton normally do. top ten is the most we can look forward too. we missed the chance to invest and push on. let us hope for a good january

Fickle.

As a team the performance wasnt even that bad tonight, it was improvement. We hit the post what? 3 times? Ben Arfa raped them its a shame he wasnt fit enough to play the last 20 minutes if he was the outcome could of been different. There were some **** individual performances though Williamson, Jonas, Tiote ect. But on the whole we were better, its just a shame Pardew is pretty clueless with subs and he clearly has no idea how to change a game. But its easy to sit here behind my computer screen and write how hes wrong, im sure he has his reasons for every sub he makes and every tactical decision he makes .. after all he watches them in training everyday, he knows the players - we dont. We wont be going down this year or next year or anytime soon, we were better tonight away from home in London were we dont have a good record at all .. we lost 5-2 there last season, 2-1 this season and hit the post 3 times a little bit of luck and it could of been 4-2 us? Keep the faith, tonight was positive.

 

Not sure who'll improve us and yet want to come to a team that's involved in a relegation battle though.

This there is a big difference about using a transfer window to build when you have the initiative (like we had last summer) and one where you are firefighting (like we will be in January)
