Interesting article. We may only get a few million from Ba leaving, but others clubs will have to fork out around 30m to sign the lad.

His current wages are reported to be around 40k a week.

So he either gets a rich ass club paying a ridiculous fee and wages for him, or he gets his **** sorted out here.

If him not getting his 80k a week effects his performances, then I say free transfer him. No point in keeping him here if he'd rather be somewhere else.

This happens at regular intervals. Ba's agent touts a move so that he can get a cut - a bit lie Anelka used to be touted by his brother.
It would be a nice change if Ba showed some faith in a club that took him on when most others wouldn't, due to his knee.
Then again, it's only fans that show any loyalty, and even then...
