No, no please for god's sake no. I hate this guy, I'm hanging up my hoops and giving up on the beautiful game if he gets anywhere near our team.

At last the great defender will be ours to enjoy. Cracking own goal the first one it has to be said!

Going to stick up for the lad here having watched him first hand for a while, he's nowhere near as bad as you are making out. Obviously not the quickest or most agile but very strong and good in the air. Maybe even better than what you currently have.

I like him his positioning is spot on ... must be nerves here and there that's all. Confidence plus we have the players anyhow. This magic about getting in this saviour is rubbish. We could buy anyone and yet playing in a team without confidence is no team at all. Generally the defending at the moment is this league is completely upside down as the game has changed massively in the last 5 years. I have no idea what is controlling it but you can no longer tackle on the floor from behind and at this standard with the diving and cheating etc a booking now is basically a stab wound to a side ... one that any opposition attacking player will look to exploit ... down to ten men its very often game over. Everybody knows that as a defender you hit hard first tackle ... 15 years ago i was still a county league defensive player and i can remember what went through my head at kick off. The ref even at that level now are jobs worth.

I think Bramble is underrated and carries a unfortunate reputation ... Zidane the greatest player of all time imo was useless in his very early years when i saw him and then from somewhere he had a massive dose of confidence given to him and he grew from then after. He believed and so did the culture and people around him... The UK! well we prefer to ruin a player any player as we see fit by people who i doubt could even run more than 25 yards!!! Yet again look at our national team any talent has to be fully insulated and brainwashed just to ignore the bile

Hail Titus even if you don't come here

I thought Al-Haim was scraping the bottom of the barrell. This has to be a joke surely.

Bramble at his best was an excellent and very talented defender. Unfortunately he was also error prone, disastrously so.

No quick fix IMO we may need experience now ... look how quickly young players are losing their confidence at Man Utd i.e.: Smalling .. point is anyone is **** who lets a goal in but i agree with Flyer it doesn't fill us with confidence. Gorkss did Gorkss together with Connolly did .. Connolly without Gorkss at the time ... no and we let only 20 odd in a season

Are just willfully disagreeing with everything now? Bramble is not good enough and is a thoroughly unsavoury character.

So we buy one reserve CB from Sunderland who turns out to to less than brilliant. Just to test whether this is an eternal truth, lets get another one.

If Bramble was the new Bobby Moore, we still shouldn't get him, he has a weak character.
