Can't have a Fulham game without mentioning Johnny Haynes. When I was a kid he was the biggest name in the game as far as England were concerned. The greatest player Spurs failed to sign, we tried but he stuck by his club. Some points for younger posters:-

    Interesting

    Tottenham Hotspur ‏@SpursOfficial
Our starting team today: Lloris, Naughton, Dawson, Caulker, Vertonghen, Sandro, Dembele, Lennon, Bale, Dempsey & Defoe

Our subs: Friedel, Walker, Gallas, Carroll, Livermore, Sigurdsson & Falque #COYS

Very happy with that team, AVB is now regularly picking Lloris and Dawson, and that makes me like him.

Interesting re Walker, but I'm happy to see Naughton play RB, maybe the other Kyle needs a rest?

On the strength of that team, I'll go for a win, but probably a draw is the most likely result, I'm being a bit optimistic for once :)

Disappointed no Walker, perhaps he picked up a late knock.

Be interesting to finally see Naughton playing in his proper position.

    I think that's spot on.

Gallas needed to be shifted out and Daws deserves to retain his place. I think him and Caulker will do a good job of keeping berba as quiet as possible. if there's 1 person who'll know exactly what he's like, it's Daws.

Whether Walker has a knock or not, Naughts deserves a chance in his preferred position, just because of Walkers poor performances alone.

another win today is going to make the table look very interesting!

It's good to see Naughton given a chance at RB and if you are, better here, than say Chelsea away. Using the squad at the right time in the right game can only benefit the team.

    Good management IMO. <ok>

Roo, walker needs his backside kicked hard so in agreement! also.how great is it to see dawson get his chance and AVB dropping the old guard while allowing Lloris a proper run.

Gallas has done well at times but to have our two biggest liabilities on the bench (walker & gallas) is a sign AVB isn't going to reward mistakes so i hope he doesnt recall gallas anytime soon.

Walker on the other hand just needs to remember he is a defender so maybe a stint on the bench is what he needs.
