It seems there's a fair few who'd like to see Aaron return... http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/...-out-an-sos-to-aaron-mclean-at-hull-1-4544341
It's an awkward one,i'd be happy to see the back of him,but they say he's extremely popular with the other lads and maybe his presence in training and that would be missed. There's a lot to be said for a happy dressing room.
Well three of the ones who could be bothered to comment ........ seriously, would we sell him back to them? Isn't he worth having on the bench as an impact sub?
Fair comment about the dressing room being a better one with him in it, playing wise though works hard with no end product, needs to leave as this isn't his level, been many conversation about him but we need an out n out striker in place of him
Yes very true. Steve Bruce is no fool and he will know the value of having a happy dressing room and a joker in the pack. Worth so much behind the scenes that money just cannot buy. I would have Mclean over Campbell any day of the week and i dont mean for goals either. You started off so well and then **** faded badly with the end part. We need a replacement for Fryatt not Mclean by the way. The more i see of CMS the more i am glad that Brighton wasted £3.5m on him. McLean brings something different to the squad. Sadly many on here just dont understand that fact. Posh are going down, sadly for them.
Seems to me that he was the only one of our STRIKERS that actually had a shot on target against Palace. If it hadn't been for a very good save we would of been one up
Swap for Barnett?? Need somebody to get on the end of Elmo and Bradys deliverys, seen as though Bruce will not give Prozzy a run in the team.
I think we need 2 more strikers in January - 1 to replace Fryatt and 1 to be funded by the sale of Mclean. I agree with others who say he is a hard worker but doesn't have the end product.
Surely they'd consider a swap for Sinclair? I'm assuming his loan at Barnsley ends come the Jan window and he supplies something we genuinely havent got up front - strength, power and the ability to play on his own. We literally have nobody who could play as a one.
Apart from the three he got against us,has he scrored any more this season ? Oops sorry,i missed Glennonslastpost see what i did there ?
Sinclair is very good on.the counter with his pace and power, he'd have been useful today maybe. But we need someone who can get on the end of crosses and we really.dont know if he can do that. He did.nothing today, but neither did Koren.
If we get a half decent offer for him I'd sell him. A tough, experience targetman and pacey poacher should be on the list.
