not really. try and beat them once in a while and your small club stature may start to grow.

Right. So, when was the last time we beat Burnley? Also, embittered? Do you read what you type before you hit post? Loser mentality? Did we win today?

We lost, one of our old players scored, it happens.

Still at least you can laugh about it eh?

to be fair his reaction to scoring was the bravest thing he has ever done at the KC

Agreed. The cheek of the bloke, coming back to the KC and daring to score against us! Oh wait, he showed some pride and kissed his badge, but wasn't a Club Legend, so that means he's a ****.

    Deary me, such drama.

Exactly. The ****ing ming mongs on here have been saying he's **** for years when he was actually an integral part of our team. The booing of him by a large section of the East Stand was a disgrace and shows just how little they know about football.

Still the ****fest over Corry Evans continues.... says it all really.

The bloke makes a good living from being **** at football and he strikes me as a complete ****house.

In fact I've met him and he was just that when I think about it.

Saying that I bare no malice for his goal celebration. I'd have probably done the same.

On a separate note did anyone know Brian Hughes was working for the club on the hospitality side of things?

He was also a bit of a dick.

    FACT.

my issue with that little rat is that he was utterly, utterly useless in a City shirt.. not to mention completely spineless, so to then stand in front of the fans whom paid his ill earned wages for many a year, arms out like he's Cantona shows one deluded little individual. If he played like he did today (because it was us) every week he wouldn't be at Burnley.

I've no idea why people insist on pretending he was ****e. It's a weird one, but obviously it'll get worse after today.

    City fans eh?

It doesn't bother me, it just shows his lack of class.

Just what the **** do we have to do to beat Burnley?

Shock horror we lose a home game- there's a first time for everything, eh?

I thought Leon Cort was possibly unjustly criticised when he scored for Palace at the KC , but Marney's antics were on another level entirely.

    My summary of today :

    Burnley deserved to win.

Thought when Marney was with us he interviewed well and came over as a decent chap. Today he was a complete tool.

    End of summary.

    We were crap.
    They were crap, but organised.
Marney is a tit, but finished well.
    Bruce is honest.
We will play better on Tuesday.
Its not the end of the world.

For once I agree with you - he was decent in the Championship with us but not up to PL quality.

However that celebration was out of order. He was welcomed back with applause, and the goal was at the away end - he could quite easily have celebrated it with the Burnley fans. OLM had mentioned previously he was a complete twat and now I know it's true.

He was nothing more than an average player in a good team when with us.

Not **** like some people are saying but certainly nothing special. Those saying he was great for us...etc are clearly trying to provoke a reaction from some already frustrated posters.

Nothing occurred whilst he was at the club or since he left that justified his celebration. It showed a lack of class and respect but I'm sure he was just in the moment, it's not like he's used to scoring is it?

Right on Happy. What are City fans like eh ? Being dissapointed at losing at home when in a great position in the league. We should be applauding the opposition for damn good old game of footy. And Mr Marney deserves a slap on the back and a hoorah from the east stand for rubbing their noses in it !

I think he reacted like a tosser because of the East Stand jeers when he slipped on the touchline trying to do some skill but just knocked it out of play
