think it will be 3 at the back with dyer and traore as wing backs derry protecting back 5 and adel in the hole
Just saw the team Think its either a 4-1-4-1 formation with M'Bia sitting in front of the back four. Don't think its a flat back 5 as that would just invite Utd onto us even more. Edit: Could also be a 4-2-3-1 with M'Bia and Derry sitting deep.
Blimey!! ---------------------Cesar--------------------- Dyer----------Hill--------Nelsen----------Traore --------Derry-------M'Bia-----Faurlin----------- Mackie---------------------------------Taarabt ---------------------Cisse--------------------- Maybe?
Thats the most logical but who knows? Its not as if we know their favourite formation. Interesting to see that they seem to have taken the side of the old guard and made it clear the new guys have no divine right to play. Just found out one of the players wanted Hughes to go.
Could be this mate: ---------------------Cesar--------------------- Dyer----------Hill--------Nelsen----------Traore --------Derry-------M'Bia-----Faurlin----------- Mackie---------------------------------Taarabt ---------------------Cisse--------------------- 3 central midfielders playing, so hard to see how it could be 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1. Mind you, Granero WAS played on the right eh? Could be 4-1-4-1 as you say, which is basically what I've put. Suppose it could be 4-2-3-1 with Faurlin further forward. Could someone at the game let us know how line up?
Well at least some of old team are back and will i think at least show a bit of passion and fight. Delighted for Derry and Hill. Rather have them in the team than some of these pretty fancy prima donnas with big names. Shame we havent got Tommy Smith up front still instead of Cisse.
----------------------Cesar--------------------- Hill----------M'Bia--------Nelsen----------Traore --------Derry------------Faurlin----------- Dyer---------------------------------Taarabt ---------------------Mackie -------- ---------------------Cisse-------------------- Is this the highest proportion of championship winning players we have played this season...as requested we are playing the "triers"
Question is, is this Harry's team? If not that should tell us something about the belief MH's assistants had in him.
He said he hasnt a clue what the team is. I think its right to start the players giving there all, it sends a message to those who throw a strop.
4-1-4-1 would have Derry sitting back and M'Bia and Faurlin forward, could be interesting to see Faurlin in a more advanced role and M'Bia in his more favoured midfield role. I wonder if Harry has had a word...
Gulp! Hughes' lieutenants one and only call agrees with us about who's on and offside atm... Wonder what that's saying about what's been going on behind the scenes? It's not as though the coaching staff have anything to gain one way or another now is it?
