Now it's Mark Hughes from QPR. Why sack him a day before a match?

Seems like Harry Rednapp is favourite for the job.

Can a mod please rename the thread Marks done one? I like to keep traditions, that's if the OP doesn't mind.

Simples. Mark Hughes was toast anyway so why wait until sunday or monday ? THE DRESSING room IS WELL SPLIT according to Sean Derry. Even Ryan Neilsen is having a go at his teams mental strength now. It wont make a jot of difference to the MU game/result saturday and i expect HARRY to be in charge by monday. :emoticon-0112-wonde

DQPR have a big game @ Sunderland on tuesday by the way. Actually not quite as big as the other PL game that night....Aston Villa v. Reading. <ok> If Villa lose that maybe Paul Lambert will get 3rd place in the current sack race. :emoticon-0116-evilg

    Or Sparky?

Does seem strange timing. Rumours that Redknapp was going to take over after this weekend's game anyway, but they were highly likely to lose to Man Utd anyway so may have well just sacked him on Saturday night/Sunday morning

Maybe they sacked him today because Harry was about to take up the Ukraine job and had to act fast

At least one of these sackings this week was justified, think Hughesy lost his way a bit in recent times

In that case Harry's won his first game - brinksmanship!

Harry is a top manger but i think QPR need quite a lot of work and i don't think he is up for it imo.

I think Harry can do better than Both the Ukraine and QPR job and thought he would be in for the Chelsea job to be honest

If 'onest 'arry is the new QPR manager I forecast that they will be following in the footsteps of Portsmouth within a few seasons.

It would be one hell of an effort for Harry to bankrupt the Drama Queens, what with the money they have at their disposal.

I'm sure we'll see if he's up to the task.
