Shame about Ben Arfa, who's a cracking player. Ditto Cisse, albeit that his form is cack right now. But we'll be seeing what Pardew is made of over the next few weeks. He usually cocks it around this stage at a club, so if he's going to change that record, then now would be a good time to start.
i read ben arfa only limped off? sure they'll be fine, be interesting to see if pardew can maintain last season's performances though, i daresay if not ashley would be tempted to sell a few prize assets if it looks like their value may decrease.
