let me explain why he is wrong to come out and say what he said ......He makes a public statement that has been reported all over the UK that he wants or should knock suarez out....Nothing wrong with that in private but to say that when we are about to play liverpool is idiotic as now everyone including the officials for the game knows his feelings and the slightest untoward s tackle against suarez could well result in a sending off where normally it wouldn't. It will be noted what he publicly said by the ref and he will act in a bias manner, Its human nature....that is why i say ash is stupid for saying he wants to do a violent act on an opposition player whether he means it or not.....
I reckon there's no need for a banner. We know what he is, other fans know what he is, hell even the Liverpool fans know what he is. The only people who don't are deluded. Dai, maybe Ash is playing devils advocate with him. Make it public knowledge he'd like to knock him out in the hope the goofy bastard kicks out at Ash on Sunday and gets himself sent off in the process. There's nothing that Ash wrote which isn't true, and he could have added more .Whether it was the cleverest thing to do or bad timing well we'll see .Suarez won't be given the same time and space as he may have experienced recently and a couple of fair but firm tackles from Ben Davies ( Balotelli/Torres ) early on should let him know he's not going to have it easy Nothing like stoking the fire though and I'm looking forward to this game just to put a few demons to bed.
Well said Ashley Williams. I'm glad a professional footballer has pulled no punches about Suarez. All the adolation that the Liverpool fans are laying on him at the moment shows just how desperate they are for a hero to save them.
