This is not BOTTLE, this is no class. Whatever we think of the Scum and I hate to show my bitterness but I hate em, Di Matteo is a legend for them and has only just delivered The Holy Grail plus an FA Cup!

To my mind Abramovich is worse than anything our Goons used to do. Our Goons delivered on their promise to get us in the Premiership within a certain time frame - They also didn't fire ANYONE that didn't deserve to be fired. Abramovich has also provided success but with no class, Mourinho deserved more,Ancelotti deserved more and certainly Di Matteo deserved more.

How grating it is that they've fired a manager that brought them an FA Cup & CL and we're stuck with someone who hasn't even delivered an away win!

    You couldn't make it up!!!!!

Chelsea were not stupid enough to give him a long term contract. Won't cost them too much to pay him off.

    Hughes out RDM in?
Rafa/Pep will be at chelski, the other will not come to LR
'Arry could be off to Ukraine - personally do not like 'arry as a manager, he has a sour and dour face, who blames everthing on his wife.
Remember, he took southampton down, and since then he has been a less than average manager, save a couple of decent seasons with spurns.

Bloody hate Chelscum even bloody more now. How has Hughes had a run THREE TIMES worse than Di Matteo's, be sitting four points clear at the bottom instead four points off the top, yet STILL remains in his job?!?! It beggars belief.

I would love it if football ever got to the stage where under performing managers and players could be sacked without having to pay their contracts in full. Performance related contracts. Clear targets, results based.

I know Di Matteo has failed nobody but just thinking that it could really protect clubs financially going forward

Would you guys welcome RDM if he was appointed with his 'scum' connections?

I wouldn't welcome him because he's not a very good manager - I know that sounds stupid given the CL win, but I am sure player and owner power had more than an equal say in that. I know people well connected in WBA and they say getting rid was an easy decision - he's lazy - does not do anything at training and does not personally
check out new signings - and arrogant, players felt nothing for him.
Nothing to do with the Scum, no problem if we got Ancelotti!

I could cope, he's a top man -even with his connections. I always liked what he did at WBA and although they've kicked on since his time there, most of it is his blueprint. Remember he has good lower league experience - much more than Hughes - and as we are almost certainly looking at at least a year in the Championship he could well be the man. I don't think he's the type that could keep us up, believe that can only come now from a Keegan,Redknapp approach, but certainly for the long term, yes, I could cope with him as manager, as long as he doesn't bring Wilkins with him.

You see, looks can be deceiving, I'll bow to your insight. Collective fans views are rarely wrong I find hence you normally see all those warnings coming to fruition i.e Being told 3 years ago that Bosingwa was the laziest, nastiest piece of work to ever turn up at Chelsea - and they've had some....

It does beggar belief that someone is sacked after a poor 4 games yet we stick with MH who has delivered 6 wins in 30 games and only 2 points out of 57 away from home!!!!!

Abramovich is not satisfied unless the Club he put his money in, is winning major trophies - in respect of that amount of finance he he has it dead right. As it stands at the moment with his apparent belief that Hughes will sort it out, it appears TF is satisfied that the PL viable Club he invested in, drop like a stone into the Championship.
