Twitter has gone into overdrive. Many sources on there are saying Hughes has been sacked. Unconfirmed as yet though.
I'd be really surprised if this turned out to be true. I wonder where the rumour originated from? It's not all from "The Source" is it?
It was the source first, then the usual suspects picked up on it... won't believe it until it's on a national outlet
Step right up....step right up.....man on twitter says Hughes has been sacked! It will make my week if true!
I see it was The Source on twitter: The Source‏@TheSourceFooty Hughes gone. Should be announced tonight #qpr That man is NEVER wrong....im all giddy.
I noticed that this time when they played the story of Hughes and Beard meeting the presenter said "we will keep you up to date" through the evening. Sounds like they know that something is going on and are waiting for official confirmation OR they are just reacting to twitter and like the rest of us are wondering if there is any truth in what the Twats are Twittering.
Apparently QPR are denying he's been sacked, and say he'll be at training tomorrow. Julian Bennetts ‏@julian_bennetts Just been on the phone to #QPR - they say Hughes has not been sacked and he will be taking training as usual tomorrow. Simon Peach ‏@SimonPeach So #QPR are denying Mark Hughes has been sacked but I know @JamesOlley's sources are pretty sturdy. Interesting to see how this develops.
About bloody time Fernandes. What took you so long???? Belfast, where are ya for this news. Happy now?
Uh oh: Simon Austin‏@bbcsport_simon #QPR press office say #hughes has not been sacked despite stories to contrary...
BBC Sport and the Evening Standard have reported " Waiting for confirmation that QPRs Mark Hughes has been sacked. "
