I must admit Saturdays win at Loftus Road was a HUGELY enjoyable one and right up there with my top days away watching Saints WIN

    1. Portsmouth Away 1983 F A Cup - Steve Moran goal 1-0
    2. F A Cup Semi Final in 2003 at Villa Park v Watford 2-1
    3. Liverpool - 1-0 Steve Moran after Liverpool battered us for 89 mins - 82 or 83
    4. Spurs FA Cup 3-1 win Le Tiss got at least one and Wallace
    5. Reading Away 2-1 .. 3 or 4 years back - BWP got both and we had over 5,000 fans there

    Happy Daze ......

Evening VW! Daze is often how I felt when I'd been away. That was mostly alcohol though!

I've only ever been to two away games. The first was the JPT Final (well it's not a home game), and the other was the promotion winning away game at Plymouth in League 1. Good times.

Millwall last year was pretty special. Palace too, 6,000 odd Saints fans there for the run-in.

I didn't go but I'm sure away to Brighton at the Amex wasn't too bad.

No idea how we won that Reading game. Just had a look, Cork, Morgan and Lallana all played.

Millwall was fantastic. Yesterday was awesome as well, as was the trip to Plymouth.

I was at another away win at QPR in 2007. Rasiak scored, they had what they thought was a late equaliser disallowed, and then Wright-Phillips finished them off. That was a good day.

Not a win but it felt like one: at Oxford United 4 Jan 1969, FA Cup 3rd round. Oxford got an early goal, Saints equalised in injury time and we all went completely mental. That set up a replay which we won 2-0 at the Dell.

Think you mean at Withdean when we won 2-1. We lost at Amex 3-0 after Lambert was sent off 1st half.

Haven't been to an away game since Luton in 2007. Viafara and Saganowski scored that day.

My first away game (discounting the FA Cup Semi) was Spurs in that horrendous 5-1 loss. <laugh>

For sheer excitement, emotion, atmosphere (14,000 Saints) and goalmouth action this match at "Dellhurst Park" in our "Great escape" season takes some beating, of course it was our saviour, LeGod, that made the difference in the end.
