Just scored his 9th career hat trick tonight (2 lovely headers and a superb 10 yard right foot shot) and his 9th goal in 17 games for Blackburn. 8 goals in the last 8 games for club and country and only 22 years old and considering the upheaval Blackburn have gone through in the last 10 weeks its remarkable. He got 40 for Huddersfield last year and an absolute **** load the previous 2 seasons as well.

I reckon by the time this lad next moves he will be in the £25m+ bracket and we could have had him for £8m in the summer. A natural goal scorer and a lad I have watched for the last 2 or 3 seasons and banged on about all last year for us.

I think we have missed a real opportunity to bag a natural finisher in the Rush/Aldridge stature.

No guarantee he would get any in the Premiership but I suppose you never know till try. Certainly looks like he has the attributes to make it.

Watched the game and all I can say is Kevin Phillips mark 2. He's absolutely top class. If Blackburn don't go up He'll still be in the prem next year, wouldnt say as high as 25m but they'd be looking at 12-15m

If they get promoted and he gets 10 or 12 in the EPL he will be a minimum £25m bracket and he signed a long term contract at Blackburn as well. However, he will more than likely have a buy out clause if they don't go up.

He is as close to a natural finisher since I saw a young Ian Rush make his way up the leagues 30 odd years ago with Chester City. His personality and demeanor remind me so much of Rush as well. Both quiet lads and very humble but on the pitch and in the 18 yard box absolutely lethal. That said, i think Rhodes is better in the air than Rush.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind having them both playing for England at the minute over the likes of Sturridge and Wellbeck.

Rooney is a thick scouse cock end mate imo. After his vile outburst in S Africa I could never support the bald prick again. He isn't as good as everyone or he thinks and is not a world class player at all.

Think it was a missed opportunity. At prem level you're guaranteed he's not going to get the goals he has in other leagues, but with his record no matter what league he's in he will get them. For me that's a cert, no matter what people say about the difference in leagues

    He's not bald anymore Cest.

He got Coleen's triangle clippings inserted into his skull follicles, <ok>.

He is a pratt mate. Has been for years and South Africa made my mind up about him. He doesn't do it in the big tournaments for England and is carried in a classy Man Utd team.
