As I posted earlier on the off topic thread. A mate of mine that works there saw Harry Redknapp and a few other people in suits with him check into the De Vere. Rumours are he was invited down by Cortese. Also rumours Adkins has to win against QPR or he is gone. Yes I know it's rumours but why else would he be down here? Any one know?.
The QPR board seems to think he's taking over there on Monday. It seems the loser really does lose this this occasion.
I hate rumours. They get you on edge if they are about things you don't want and I certainly don't want this man anywhere near Saints again. Unfortunately I have heard this rumour from another source and I refuse to believe it.
This bit is possible I suppose but I'd be interested to hear where it came from. The reason I ask is that NA and NC are not the types to discuss something like that anywhere but in a one-to-one meeting. Neither of them would talk about it, so I'd like to hear where these things start. Vin
Make sure that you practice your drill, clean & oil the weapon, polish the round(s) to be used and cut a dum-dum cross in the centre of the rounds - and when you are in the firing position get your breathing organised and as you increase the pressure of your finger on the trigger slowly breathe out and get your shot away before the exhalation is completed. For f---- sake CBK do not mess this up !

He does have business interests in this area, so the fact he was meeting some guys in suits in the hotel might not have anything to do with football! Or he might be taking over Monday, to be honest, who the **** knows?
Why would he need to stay in a hotel to talk to Cortese? Assuming it's even true he is there, it could be for any number of reasons. It's hardly a million miles away from home for him is it.
Why else would he go to the de Vere? said someone. Does that mean that everyone who stays at the de Vere is either going to play for us or manage us? Redknapp does have various businesses. I also think that NC wouldn't do business like this in the public eye.
